Privacy Policy

Overview

Expirivo is provided by Nassim (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the Expirivo mobile app handles information. The app is designed to work without an account or a cloud backend.

Information stored on your device

When you add an item, the app stores information you enter, such as document names, categories, notes, expiry dates, and reminder choices, in the app's local device storage. If you choose to attach a photo, that photo is copied to storage on your device.

We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or syncs this document information or your attached photos. You can delete items in the app, and you control any export files you create and share.

Notifications and device permissions

If you enable reminders, Expirivo schedules local notifications on your device. The app may request notification permission for this purpose. It requests photo-library access only when you choose to attach a document photo. Your device timezone is used locally to schedule reminders at the appropriate time.

Advertising

The free version may show banner advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may collect or process device and advertising information, including online identifiers, IP address, app interaction information, and diagnostic information, to provide, measure, and personalise ads as permitted by applicable law and your device settings. This information is governed by Google's privacy policies and controls.

We do not provide the contents of your documents, document photos, or expiry dates to AdMob.

Purchases

Optional premium purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. The app uses purchase status supplied by the relevant store to unlock or restore premium features on your device.

Analytics and sharing

Expirivo does not include a third-party analytics provider. We do not sell your document information or photos. We share only the information necessary for advertising and purchase processing with the services described above.

Data retention and deletion

Your locally stored document information remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app, subject to your device operating system and backup settings. We do not retain a copy of that information because we do not receive it. Advertising and app-store providers retain information according to their own policies.

Children's privacy

Expirivo is not directed to children. Please do not use the app to provide personal information about a child without appropriate authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
